Returns & Refunds

We want you to love the jewellery you wear and the places it reminds you of.

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? That’s okay. Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know when your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery such as earrings cannot be returned once opened or worn, except where the item is faulty or your statutory rights otherwise apply.

Personalised or custom-made pieces may also be non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Promotional & Bundle Orders

If an item purchased as part of a multi-buy, bundle or promotional offer is returned, the refund will be calculated based on the promotional price actually paid and the remaining items in the order may be repriced where appropriate under the terms of the promotion.
